Fascism is not necessarily anti-Jewish. Mussolini was far more tolerant of his local Jews than Hitler was. Fascism is government control of all of the assets in the country, including labor, through the facade of highly limited private ownership of personal and corporate property. One's world view will then color this relationship as the fascist leader then uses these assets to wage war on his cultural enemies.

I’ve noted before that you may see folks on the far right and far left that chant “death to Israel.”
However, almost all of the “death to America” folks are on the far left.
