Later, make it cheap and easy for relatives to murder their family members who are depressed, ill, old, and even of the wrong political party, for the nation's benefit. After that, the state will then hold hearings to decide if the state wishes to exercise the power of the family, the state being the owner of the loyalty and lives of its citizens.
